Montgomery County has been one of the faster-growing counties in Tennessee for a stretch of years now, driven in large part by Fort Campbell's steady personnel growth and the residential and commercial building that follows it into Sango, Woodlawn, and the rest of the county. Why we're based downtown
Our yard on 10th St sits inside Clarksville proper, not out on the edge of the county, which keeps drive times reasonable in both directions — a short hop into downtown, Austin Peay-area neighborhoods, and the older in-town housing stock, and a straight run out Highway 41A, Fort Campbell Blvd, or Highway 48 to reach Woodlawn, Sango, and the outlying counties. Being downtown also means we're a short pull from the I-24 interchanges that most of our contractor customers use to move between job sites, which matters when a same-day swap gets requested mid-morning.
