Twelve service lines, five container sizes, one flat price. Everything we run out of the 10th St yard.

Most of what follows is the same truck, the same five container sizes and the same flat rate. What genuinely differs between a storm-damaged roof tear-off and an estate cleanout is the sizing logic — one is limited by weight before it is a third full, the other runs out of room while barely registering on the scale — and the rules about what has to be kept out of the load. Those two things are what these pages are really about.
If you already know what you need, call (931) 378-6100 and skip the reading. If you are not sure whether your job is a junk removal or a full estate cleanout, or whether a demolition load needs its own container, the pages below say so plainly. Our FAQ page answers the questions we field most often, and the sizing guide works through the maths.

How it works
One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the box needs to sit and when you need it, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us. No forms, no waiting on an email.
You get one number covering delivery, the rental period, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so.
The driver walks the spot with you and sets the container square on the driveway, lot or jobsite. If the surface needs protection we will say so before we set it down.
Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.
Clean concrete, metal and yard debris get routed for recovery rather than landfilled where we can. You get your driveway or lot back the way you left it.
Why us
The phone rings at 124 10th St near downtown Clarksville. Whoever picks up knows the difference between a tight downtown lot and a wide-open new-construction site out toward Sango, and how much room I-24 traffic will give the driver that afternoon.
Delivery, the rental period, pickup, fuel, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance in a single number. If your load looks like it will go over, we say so before the truck leaves the yard.
Call early and most Clarksville, Woodlawn and Sango-area orders go out the same day. Farther towns like Dover or Hopkinsville are usually next-day — honestly, and in advance.
Boards go under the rails on every driveway as standard, and the driver will tell you before delivery if a tighter lot or new-construction site needs a different approach.
Weight fills a container long before volume does. If a 10 yard is the honest answer for your concrete load, that is what we will quote you.
The Clarksville area sees a genuine spring severe-thunderstorm season and steady new-construction growth tied to Fort Campbell's population and the wider Nashville-metro spillover. We size jobs for both, from storm-damage cleanup to a full new-build lot.

Roll-off container rental, first and foremost — twelve service lines covering residential, commercial, construction, roofing, junk removal, estate cleanouts, demolition debris, concrete and heavy debris, yard waste, storm debris and same-day work. Every one of them uses the same five container sizes and the same flat-rate pricing; what changes is how we size the load and what we tell you to keep out of it.
The container and the disposal are what cost money, not the label on the job. A 20 yard for a roof tear-off and a 20 yard for a house cleanout are priced the same way — base rate, rental period, and a stated tonnage allowance. Heavy material such as concrete is the exception, because it is priced by weight with an agreed fill level rather than by volume.
Usually yes. General construction and household debris can go in together. What should stay out is hazardous waste of any kind, and it helps everyone — sorting and disposal costs less — when clean concrete, scrap metal and green waste are kept separate on site rather than mixed into a general load.
We do. Retail, restaurant, office and property-management accounts run scheduled swap-outs with us, which matters here given how fast Fort Campbell's growth is pushing new residential and commercial building out into Sango and Woodlawn. We will build the schedule around your project rather than force a flat annual contract on you.
Hazardous waste of any kind, paint and solvents, fuel and oil, propane tanks, asbestos, refrigerant appliances, ammunition and medical waste. Tires, batteries and electronics need separate handling. Every service page lists the specifics, and our guide to what can and cannot go in a dumpster covers where each of these actually has to go instead.
Service area
We run roll-off containers out of our downtown 124 10th St yard to all sixteen communities we cover across greater Clarksville — Woodlawn, Sango and the rest of Montgomery County close to the yard, Stewart, Houston, Cheatham and Robertson counties a bit farther out, and Fort Campbell's Kentucky side around Oak Grove, Hopkinsville and Pembroke. Clarksville and the closest towns are usually same-day; the farther edges of the service area are next-day. If your town is not listed, call anyway. We likely still get there.
